Pattern notes

  • Details in 1–5: uppercase title at step 5, a lead line, the mono address and the email at step 2 in mono. In 6–12 a 2 px bordered "order form" box with a mono uppercase label and the contact form (name, email, message); fields are square with a 2 px bottom rule.
